Ottery
St. Catchpole
Though
located in entirely different counties, with the help of some magic, the Devon village would remarkably just be a stone's throw away from the London Street :)
Entry into this sleepy village could be gained by traveling on foot or by any kind of road vehicles. Private vehicles could be parked in a huge barn located on the outskirts on the village. Among the few rustic shops would be a Universal Studios ticketing booth, where admission passes can be purchased or collected. Each pass comes with a cheque for 11 Silver Sickles that bears the seal of Gringotts Wizarding Bank.
Some distance away from the booth would be a building sporting a row of metal revolving doors as its entrances. On the left panel frame of each door would be embossed the letters and lines of a Gringotts cheque. Inserting the cheque (for 11 Silver Sickles) into the slot beneath the embossing allows one person to push through the doorway.
Beyond the metal doorways would be a cosy but haphazardly designed sewing room, where teams of matronly seamstresses swarm upon newcomers to welcome them. While plying them with drinks and snacks, the seamstresses would matter-of-factly take down body measurements, names and other personal particulars.
Draping thin knitted scarves, embroidered with the seamstress's initials, round each visitor, they would be led out of the sewing room and into the busy interior of a cavernous garage. New entrants would be surprised by the hulking establishments housed within the seemingly plain exterior, the most eye-catching of which would be the Gringotts Wizarding Bank branch, where Muggle money can be converted into wizarding currency.
Other places to draw the attention would be the Owl Post Office and the Newsstand. Dotted between the three establishments would be kiosks selling hearty homemade English food and beverages, but with a magical twist.
Caution should be taken not to jump when the knitted scarf lights up with a message. Embedded in every scarf is a tiny receiver tuned to a unique frequency. When a newly tailored outfit is completed, a transmitter set to the corresponding frequency would be activated. The radio waves generated would wirelessly charge the battery connected to the paper-thin OLED that lights up, displaying the words, "Garment ready for collection".
At a quiet corner of the garage would be a counter with a signboard "Garment Collection" hung overhead. Surrendering the luminous scarf over the counter yields a set of light-weight colourful robes sporting random quirky designs (reminiscent of Molly Weasley's jumpers), as well as a jaunty elfish-like hat, all cut and sewn to measure.
In the garage, would also be Arthur Weasley and his numerous mechanics, each working on a Vintage Vehicle.
