Vintage Vehicle
In the garage at Ottery St. Catchpole, once a vintage vehicle is ready, Arthur Weasley would issue a warm invitation to visit his home. After piling into the vehicle and fastening seat belts, one of his many mechanics would get behind the wheel.
Each parking spot in the garage would be one end of a single-lane highway built with hardy transparent materials, such as bulletproof glass or plastic. As the engines purr into life and the vehicles start to move, the passengers would realise that they are not in an ordinary road vehicle but are instead in a hovercraft.
As each vehicle leaves the garage, the craft would be propelled on a cushion of air along a narrow road that would rise high in the air as it clears the garage/shed. The drifting motion and transparent highway would suggest a sensation of soaring through the sky to spectators and passengers alike.
The highway(s) leading away from the garage would end at an identical garage in the Burrow, but this one filled with enchanted Muggle objects.
